Skin care: visual steps
A simple printable morning-and-night skincare routine designed to build independence, reduce resistance, and make the daily steps easier to remember.
Every night, my son and I go through a power struggle—from brushing teeth all the way to moisturizing. Then the next morning, we do it all over again, from brushing to sunscreen!
However, ever since we printed out visual steps for toothbrushing, the daily battle over that one task has dropped significantly. So I figured, why not use the same strategy for the rest of our routine?
Here is the first printable in the series: a simple daily skincare routine. It is designed to end the daily chase—no more running after him with a face towel, moisturizer, or Vaseline!
Who is it for?
Anyone who needs a simple, repeatable routine. Print it and place it somewhere visible near the products you use. Follow it independently or use it as a shared prompt, and adapt the steps to suit your needs.
