Ten is an imaginary full wallet. The tokens are a storytelling device, not a biological unit.
- Normal-day cost: the task tokens you chose, minus any visual-routine saving. The bedtime check flags when your list may be missing a hidden cost.
- Visual-routine pairing: saves up to one token when both morning and night routines have a cost.
- Extra cost: 70% from the drop between a normal evening and an extra-plan evening; 30% from duration, type, and effort.
- Starting wallet: the first Monday begins with what you said is actually available, not an automatic ten.
- Task flexibility: recovery days keep essential costs, partly reduce simplifiable costs, and apply your chosen reduction to movable costs.
- Delayed cost: an extra plan can place part of its cost onto the following one to three days.
- Supports: a user-entered saving reduces the immediate plan cost; it never generates energy by itself.
- Personality modifier: social plans keep a real cost for everyone. A small connection credit reflects the positive lift many people report—slightly stronger for extroverts. A recovery day gets a small bonus when its style fits the selected recharge preference.
- Load types: body, thinking, social/emotional and sensory tags describe the shape of the demand without pretending they are validated separate currencies.
- Weekly schedule: the seven-day pattern repeats, including delayed costs that cross into the next week.
- Low-token zone: under 3.5 tokens for seven game mornings in a row. This threshold was invented for the game.
tomorrow = clamp(today − essential − flexible load − extra − delayed cost + sleep restored + recovery-fit bonus, −20, 10)For variety, the game also reruns the board with costs and recovery shifted by about 15–20%. This variation is another invented game rule.
The tokens, formulas, recovery times and countdown are invented game mechanics. They are not scientific measurements, medical advice, or real predictions about burnout.
